Paschal was an amazing tour guide! He spoke the most fluent English out of everyone we met in Tanzania, so he managed to share a lot of knowledge with us about the island. We did a canoe trip and half-day bike tour — both worthwhile activities. If you are ever in Mwanza for a few days, make sure to take a ferry trip to Ukerewe even for one night as you'll be able to experience a more relaxing culture of Tanzania. Highly recommend Paschal!
We had a fantastic time on this walking tour, exploring the rural villages of Ukerewe Island. Our guide, Paschal, was very knowledgeable about the island and shared fascinating insights about the local way of life. He also gave us great recommendations on local places to eat. We truly enjoyed this experience and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn from a local expert.
